Honestly, Freelancer Financials are an absolute God send (and I'm an atheist!). The number of ridiculous hoops that the mortgage lender required us to jump through in order to secure our mortgage extension was crazy - and they employed the most incompetent surveyors on the planet to value the property (yes, Countrywide, I'm talking about you!). Natasha and Natalie at FF navigated the whole thing like the seasoned pro's they are. When the surveyors reported back that our flat was "unrentable" because the prior tenants had left it in a mess, Natasha got on the case, raised an objection, and got the whole thing back on track. Through their efforts, we've secured the extra funding at a fair rate, the flat is now in the process of being renovated, and will be renting it out at a fair (and higher) value next month. Thank you guys - you are saints!
