FW Accounting Contractor Mortgage Quote Form
To get started, you need to fill out the mortgage enquiry forms, below. The more accurate the information you give us, the better we can align you with the best mortgage for you.
Take your time. Feed us the correct information about your contractor status. Try to be as specific as possible about the mortgage loan you want to borrow.
It’s not a deal breaker if you don’t know some of the info. We can talk through those when we call you back to discuss what it is you’re looking for. Fields with an * are compulsory.
Freelancer Financials can leverage their longstanding relationships with underwriters to get you the best mortgage deal.
The offer won’t use accounts, payslips or just the taxable element of your income. The affordability calculation works off your gross contract rate amount. This means you can borrow much more than if you used the High Street’s generic, outdated formulae.
What documents will we require to package your mortgage application?
Because contractor mortgages don’t use accounts, they don’t need reams of documents, either. For most contractor-friendly lenders, all you need to provide to evidence your contract income is:
- a signed copy of your current contract – you may need an extension if you only have a short ‘in hand’ period left;
- An up-to-date CV, including your current contract;
- Proof of ID (utility bill, passport, etc);
- 3 months bank statements to prove you’re earning what your contract states you are.
To get your enquiry under way right away, complete the enquiry form above. Your enquiry manager will call you back in double-quick time, the same day if you enquire before 4pm.
If you’re only looking to see how much you can borrow at this stage, no problem. Feel free to use the contractor mortgage calculator to get an idea of what your contract rate gets you today.
