Jason Yerou - Digitial Marketing & Partnership Executive

Jason Yerou joined Freelancer Financials in 2018 and spent four years working as a mortgage adviser after completing his CeMAP qualifications. During that time, he advised contractors, freelancers and other borrowers with more complex income structures, building first-hand knowledge of lender criteria and the challenges these clients can face when applying for a mortgage.

Jason moved into marketing in 2025 and now helps produce and shape Freelancer Financials’ mortgage content across its website, guides, email campaigns and wider digital activity. His previous experience as a broker means the content he works on is grounded in practical mortgage knowledge, while he continues to keep up with lender criteria, rates and developments across the market. He also holds a Professional Diploma from the London School of Digital Marketing.

Outside of work, Jason is a Chelsea supporter, keen traveller and car enthusiast — with a particular weakness for anything fast.
